Delivery Zones

We deliver across Zimbabwe and to selected African countries. Delivery times are estimated from order confirmation.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight and size.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same business day
• Orders after 12:00 PM are processed the next business day
• You receive a tracking number via email or SMS once dispatched
• Signature may be required for high-value medical equipment
• Delivery attempts: 2 attempts before items are returned to our warehouse

Large & Specialist Equipment

Items such as hospital beds, examination tables, autoclaves, and heavy diagnostic equipment require specialist delivery.

• White-glove delivery available — equipment delivered and set up in your facility
• Installation service available for complex equipment
• Delivery team will call ahead to schedule a convenient time
• Ensure adequate space and access for large equipment deliveries

International Shipping

We ship to most African countries. International shipments are subject to customs duties and import taxes in the destination country — these are the responsibility of the buyer.
